In order to provide you with the highest quality dental care on a sound business basis, we provide our patients with an estimate of fees and arrange for a payment schedule.  By establishing a clearly defined method of payment, we hope to eliminate confusion, simplify insurance claims, and provide more thorough coverage for our patients.  So that we will both have a definite understanding, please select the payment plan that is most appropriate for your budget.

• A 5% accounting reduction will be extended to our patients when fees in excess of $300 are paid in full prior to treatment.
  
• Discover, MasterCard or Visa are all accepted in our office.
  
• Extended monthly payments through a financing organization of your choice or one is available for consideration through us.  Participation is based on credit approval.  No interest - ask for details.

For our patients with dental insurance, our professional services are rendered to you directly and not to your insurance company.  Therefore, you are directly responsible to us for the obligation of payment for treatment.  We will do our utmost to help you derive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.

We realize that emergencies can occur.  Should an unforeseen situation prevent you from making a pre-arranged payment, please contact our office to avoid the possibility of a misunderstanding.  Please note, a 3% per month finance charge will be applied monthly to the balance of an account that is over 90 days old.

Our office does offer a Senior Citizen Discount.
